Today, I posted Vlog 16: Deactivate Rein State.
CAN A PERSON DEACTIVATE REIN STATE?
Short answer: Can not.
It’s a one-way ticket.
Once active, Rein State never goes inactive.
They may not use it, but it's still in hibernation and can be activated unconsciously, especially in danger.

Also, being able to activate Rein State is not hereditary.
Father and mother can use magic doesn't mean their child can.
For its power and non-hereditary nature, in history of The Rein Universe, Rein State caused bloody traumas.
Countries hunt for users like crazy to strengthen their military forces.
Hence, once activated, that person will have a chaotic life until death with no possibility of ending.
